Flower of Life Workshops
September 17, 2009
At the beginning of 2009 I left Flower of Life Research — the organization founded and directed by Ron and Lyssa Holt, organized for the teaching of Drunvalo Melchizedek’s Flower of Life Workshop and Merkaba Meditation, and training facilitators to teach the workshop.
.
Though I have loved this work, I will not be teaching the Flower of Life Workshop, unless or until I am directed otherwise.
.
I will be devoting my time to writing.
.
I highly recommend my facilitator, Jane Reading, for any questions and for workshops. You can reach her at jane (@) watersongs.org

Words For Meditation
February 8, 2009

One of my amazing Flower of Life Students from 2008 in San Diego sent me these words to use in meditation, or any creative way you want. They really do help, especially in meditation, if you are having any kind of difficult situation. Jane Reading in a post below uses a very similar set of words for water healing. It is the same principle. So here are the words, and thank you, Dear Tobi.
-
I Love You
-
I Forgive You
-
Please Forgive Me
-
I’m sorry
-
Thank You
.
Try it in your meditation and see if it works. ~Kerri

Reflection on the Platonic Solids
February 8, 2009
Here is another photo of the five Platonic Solids. Here they are gold-plated on a mirrored surface. They do mean something. Every book on Sacred Geometry has a section on Platonic Solids, or they should. They are the building blocks of the understanding of this work.

Getting To Know The Platonic Solids
The illustration to the right is one of the five Platonic Solids. These are the ABC’s or building blocks of Sacred Geometry. Each has an element that correlates to its shape. All of them have this in common: they all have the same sized face, in other words, a square has the same sized face on each of its sides. It is the same for the other shapes, too. All of these particular shaped solids fit perfectly within the surface of a sphere. The elementss are:
Square: Earth – Masculine
Tetrahedron – Fire – Masculine
Octahedron – Air – Masculine
Icosohedron – Water – Feminine
Dodecahedron – Prana- Feminine
(Drunvalo has also added the sphere to the mix:)
Sphere – The Void – Feminine
